Week 28 Pregnancy
The commonest cause why women struggle to get pregnant is just timing. A lady only ovulates at a particular moment in time monthly so if she isn’t having intercourse with her partner around this point, the chance of conceiving is next to nil. Certainly you will discover those individuals who appear to have intercourse just a few times and wind up expecting, but for most women that are aiming to get pregnant they have to identify when they ovulate and have intercourse around this time period.
This is somewhat of a challenge, taking into consideration just how distinct one woman is to the next. Read more on Week 28 Pregnancy
So funny that you mentioned gagging on the toothbrush. This is how my friend knew she was pregnant with her second baby having had that happen to her when she was pregnant with her first. Now, any time I stick my toothbrush a little too far back in my mouth and I get a little gag reflex, I have a small moment of panic/joy/excitement/fear. Read more on Week 28 Pregnancy

Make safety my top priority when I exercise by following these tips: To stretch and warm up for at least five minutes before starting to exercise, to start my activity at an easy, slow pace. Gingerly increase my speed and repetitions to a level that’s comfortable for me. I also have to drink fluid, work out on a flat, firm surface, rise slowly after doing floor exercises, cool down for five to 10 minutes, wear supportive shoes and a supportive bra, pack some power into your snack.
Changes In Your Growing Baby Up until this point in time your baby’s brain resembled a smooth surface. By roughly 28 Weeks pregnant however your babies brain begins to mature, forming tiny grooves and canals that we typically associated with the human brain. Some babies hair will grow and lengthen during pregnancy at 28 Weeks, though many babies will remain bald until Weeks after birth.
By roughly pregnancy Week 28 your baby will be developing lovely eyelashes that will blink lovingly at you after birth. During pregnancy Week 28 some women will receive a RhoGAM injection if they tested Rh-negative at the start of their pregnancy. Most babies have less than 3 percent body fat by the time they reach the 28th Week of pregnancy. Some women will have gained more and some women will have gained less. Remember that the weight you gain during pregnancy helps provide protection and comfort as well as nourishes your baby throughout your pregnancy. Other women start experiencing some mild swelling or itching around this time which surprisingly massage can also help. Right about 28 Weeks pregnant most women start seeing their doctors more frequently. When friends and family members ask what they can do to help after delivery you can suggest they get down to the nitty gritty and help decorate the baby’s nursery.

isnt 7months the begining of the third trimester and its equivalent to 28Weeks, since 28Weeks is also considered the begining of the third trimester. then why is it 6months and not 7months. it cant be 6months because its still the second and not the third and the third is 7months.
and 28Weeks is the third trimester so to say its 6months must be off and miscalculated by a long shot. maybe we should forget the month thing if it gonna cause so much confusion…. …am i communicating….
I had student doulas for both births and that is an affordable option. If they are working on certification through DONA then they have to attend a number of births FOR FREE before being certified as a doula. In fact, I was interviewing a woman who ran her own doula agency when I was pregnant with #1 and she took one look at the Mister & I and suggested we get a student (I guess we even looked poor at the time).
This time around I e-mailed her and thanked her for recommending a student doula for us the first time and could she do it again ‘ and by the end of the night I got 7 e-mails from women who were willing to be my doula for free. I ended up having another c-section but only after 20 hours of doing squats and lunges and whatever else my doula could think of to try and kick start my labour. She was great and it was nice to have someone else in the room the whole time ‘ it meant the Mister felt comfortable enough passing out ocassionally which I knew he would have felt bad about doing if it were just the two of us. Having a doula also meant that he could run and get himself some food and someone would still be with me.
