Im Four Weeks Pregnant
anyway let’s get on. i’m about, Four days late on my period so me and my boyfriend decided to do a test, now we took two tests last night and they had a verrrrrrrrrry very faint red line on them, so we were a bit confused about what it meant. however we decided to splash out on a clear blue digital test.
one that’s easy to read. i recommend getting one of those. so i took that this morning. now, these tests tell you how far along you are from the date of conception. remember that for later. so i’m in the bathroom doing my business and oh my gosh it was like niagra falls. my boyfriend went out and got one in the morning and because the other tests were so vauge we decided to use my morning bathroom break to do it as the levels of HCG are stronger, so i was holding it in for half an hour until he came back.
Hello ladies. I have yet another one of those period questions. I have been exercising on a consistent basis (30-45 minute walks every day and at least 1-2 hours of horseback riding a week) and I have also changed my diet to be a little more healthier than usual.
I started this change back in February and so far I have lost about 10 lbs which is nice. My question is for the last two months (March and April) my period’s were ‘regular’ for me, March 17th and April 14th. I have not had my period for May yet (which should’ve already happened) and so it’s been 37 days since my last one. My husband and I are kind of trying to get Pregnant (not real hard.) but I’m afraid to take any tests b/c I don’t want to get my hopes up and then end up testing negative or starting my period the next day. I haven’t been ‘stressing’ about my period, there’s no reason for me to. I just thought that eating healthier and exercising would help better regulate my periods, not make them wackier. Thoughts.
Yes, definitely. Depression during pregnancy and post partum can be very serious and effect both you and your baby. It should be treated.
Ok sorry for all the parnoia post but I just found out I was preg and kind of knew it before I even tested. I have been pregnant once before but I had an abortion at a younger age. Still sad by that I have been going nuts with what ifs because I plan on having this baby.
Try to work Exercise into your daily routine. Even if you only workout for a few minutes on a certain day ‘ it’s all about staying in the habit and ‘not feeling right’ about skipping.Be sure to mix-up your Exercises and work different areas so you’re not focusing too much on just one area ‘ you can overly strain yourself and do damage that way. There are plenty of websites and magazines to help with workout routines.Focus on How Good You Feel with Exercise, as opposed to being concerned about what’s in the mirror ‘ that’s definitely a way to get discouraged since many times it takes a while to really see the results of your efforts.
i JUST found out Im Four Weeks Pregnant, im a little shocked and almost dont belive it but the line on the test appeared IMMEDIATELY and is very dark. i just started a healthy eating/exercise routine, nothing crazy just a lot of veggies, between 1300 ‘ 1500 calories a day and some cardio and walking. i wanted to lose the weight for an easier and healthier pregnancy for next year sometime but i guess my body decided the time for me.
can i continue this for a few more weeks to lose what i can. i normally dont exercise at all and eat like a pig so i expect weight loss. ideally, (assuming my morning sickness isnt a problem) i would like to continue with my exercise and salad eating until three months pregnant to lose weight and get in better shape.

I was reading that this was actually quite a normal time in pregnancy to get headaches because of all the raging hormones, but the tylenol is just not cutting it, please help with your natural remedies.

The baby continues its implantation in your uterus, burying itself deep in your endometrial lining. The baby will try to help its mother by secreting the HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin which helps maintain lining your uterus. It is also responsible in sending signals to your ovary to stop its releasing of eggs every month.
At the moment, cramping and bleeding is still normal, sometimes it is mistaken for a monthly period because it usually occurs at the exact time the period is suppose to occur. Read more on Im Four Weeks Pregnant
