Im Four Weeks Pregnant

anyway let’s get on. i’m about, Four days late on my period so me and my boyfriend decided to do a test, now we took two tests last night and they had a verrrrrrrrrry very faint red line on them, so we were a bit confused about what it meant. however we decided to splash out on a clear blue digital test.

i didn’t know how to react. i was so shocked, but happy. you see me and my boyfriend had a little accident a few months ago when the condom split and i was late. turns out it was just a false alarm, but in that time we spoke about what if i was pregnant. we decided we would be able to cope and we would both be very happy with the little child in my belly. i was glad that it explained the tiredness, sore breasts and constant need to pee and feeling a little bit woozy at times.

one that’s easy to read. i recommend getting one of those. so i took that this morning. now, these tests tell you how far along you are from the date of conception. remember that for later. so i’m in the bathroom doing my business and oh my gosh it was like niagra falls. my boyfriend went out and got one in the morning and because the other tests were so vauge we decided to use my morning bathroom break to do it as the levels of HCG are stronger, so i was holding it in for half an hour until he came back.

I wanna do some really light weights, just to keep my arms toned. But if you start now, it be great, you dont have to cut out on everything just lower on the intake of the bad stuff.. And walking is a BIG plus..it will also make ur labour and birth easier =) And if you’re not breastfeeding and have a natural birth ‘ ie not a c-section you can pretty much start exercising straight away, just start off easy. I started this change back in February and so far I have lost about 10 lbs which is nice. My question is for the last two months (March and April) my period’s were ‘regular’ for me, March 17th and April 14th. I have not had my period for May yet (which should’ve already happened) and so it’s been 37 days since my last one. My husband and I are kind of trying to get Pregnant (not real hard.) but I’m afraid to take any tests b/c I don’t want to get my hopes up and then end up testing negative or starting my period the next day. I haven’t been ‘stressing’ about my period, there’s no reason for me to. I just thought that eating healthier and exercising would help better regulate my periods, not make them wackier. Thoughts.

Ok sorry for all the parnoia post but I just found out I was preg and kind of knew it before I even tested. I have been pregnant once before but I had an abortion at a younger age. Still sad by that I have been going nuts with what ifs because I plan on having this baby.

I was pretty much disowned by my family if I didn’t have the procedure and am not telling them for fear of them trying to influence me because I am only engaged to be married. Anyway I should be about Four weeks and sense something is not right. I hope I’m just paranoid but at the time of conception I was using a peroxide douche because I thought I had vaginosis. I know I did this after sex as well as I wasn’t planning on conceiving. Now I’m reading douching causes tubal pregnancies and for the past week I have been having cramps which come and go but they almost bring tears to my eyes and last week I had a cramp in the middle of the night that woke me up but i believe that was implantation. I have an ultrasound scheduled in two weeks but I’m so scared because of the coughing it could have interrupted the sperm on going where they need to be. Can someone enlighten me on this. The cramps are constant but enough to get me to stop mid conversation to say ouch.

i JUST found out Im Four Weeks Pregnant, im a little shocked and almost dont belive it but the line on the test appeared IMMEDIATELY and is very dark. i just started a healthy eating/exercise routine, nothing crazy just a lot of veggies, between 1300 ‘ 1500 calories a day and some cardio and walking. i wanted to lose the weight for an easier and healthier pregnancy for next year sometime but i guess my body decided the time for me.

Now isnt the time to try and lose weight. So dont focus on that for now. What you are doing is fine, but I would wait to try and lose weight, however there is no harm in eating lots of veggies and exercising.. just as long as it isnt too vigerous. Up your calorie intake though. Your baby needs those calories. If you continue this ‘diet’through pregnancy (with the correct amount of calories of course) it may be easier for you to lose this weight afterwards than it was after your other children. can i continue this for a few more weeks to lose what i can. i normally dont exercise at all and eat like a pig so i expect weight loss. ideally, (assuming my morning sickness isnt a problem) i would like to continue with my exercise and salad eating until three months pregnant to lose weight and get in better shape.

i was having horrible headaches when i was pregnant and was told when i visited the doctor that this was hormones and that also i was a bit dehydrated. so they had me lay off the caffeine which was kinda hard for me to do..but i did it and drank a ton of water and took plenty of naps. sleep helped it everytime. also stress could be causing this too so try to do some kind of calming routine. they have yoga for pregnant women or something like reading a book. i personally enjoy chicken soup for the mothers soul while i was pregnant. always always be sure to rest as much as possible, take in plenty of fluids and relax whenever you can. this will help you the most..

There’s just an empty feeling once the baby is born ‘ you know, for those rare occassions you can go to the bathroom or take a shower by yourself.

Alright, Little Mommy is getting tired ‘ bedtime is getting earlier and earlier (if you can think 11 is early). I’ve had my fill of watermelon tonight, so I’m happy. I have decided that God must’ve created watermelon just for women that are Pregnant in the summer months. I’m gaining little (just now at 23.5 lbs.), but just eating fruit won’t really pack on the weight. It’s just so’ good and cold.

35 Week Update « SarandipityI had my 35 week appointment this morning (Wednesday) with Dr. O. Fidget’s heartbeat was at 138bpm.

Preparing for baby: Like I said before, I found the missing hooded towels and added them to the laundry basket, which still needs to be tackled. We still need to bring down, wash/disinfect the swing. I bought a wicker basket to put on the changing table for storing the diapers and boxes of wipes (I got it on sale at Joann’s Crafts for less than $8, originally $20.) I’m thinking we should at some point soon, install the infant carrier in the car so it ‘s done and we don’t have to worry about it later’esp since I’ll be considered full term in 2 Weeks. I want to attempt breastfeeding again this time since it didn’t work out so well with Bug. I do need to wash several of the bottles and things just in case I end up needing to formula feed. I also need to find a touch lamp for on top of the dresser in the baby’s room so I don’t have to turn the big light on in the middle of the night. Other than that, I think we are pretty well prepared.

He was resting, so it was lower than last time. He did have the hiccups while I was driving to the appointment and from that I was able to tell he was still head down. The dr said we’ll schedule the weight check for 38 Weeks, so I should know specifically sometime in the next 2 Weeks. I did learn that they do not induce for VBACs, which kinda screws with my plan, but if I’m allowed to go into labor on my own, I’d like that’I'm actually hoping for 37 Weeks, so keep those fingers crossed for me. I still feel owed after being forced to go to 42 Weeks with Bug. The dr did say that I could just elect to have a c-section prior to 40 Weeks if I don’t want to wait for the baby to make up his mind. I’m hoping he’s not going to be as stubborn as his big brother in the l&d department. The dr did seem to think that Fidget will be much smaller than Bug, esp since I haven’t gained a ton of weight this time. I go back in next week on Monday at 35 Weeks 5 days. It’s with one of the delivery doctors I haven’t seen yet, so I need to get in a little earlier than my preferred Wednesday time slot.
